The situation in Europe and the Middle East is escalating toward a major war. The NATO proxy war, which is bleeding Ukraine dry, has been lost. Yet the German government refuses to acknowledge this and now wants to make Germany Europe’s strongest military power again?
Israel is committing genocide with its indiscriminate bombing and systematic starvation of Palestinians in Gaza, as confirmed by the UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese. We are appalled that this government continues to supply weapons for this mass murder. Our constitution and international humanitarian law are being blatantly violated. Why isn’t the German government condemning Israel’s clearly illegal war of aggression against Iran?
We need peace initiatives, diplomacy, and a European peace architecture that includes Russia. Instead, an unsubstantiated narrative of an impending Russian invasion of Western Europe is being fabricated. Hundreds of billions in war credits were approved—in a coup orchestrated by Friedrich Merz—by the outgoing Bundestag and confirmed by the Bundesrat. Tanks, ammunition, and missiles are being delivered to "the Eastern Front," including possible authorization to strike deep into Russian territory. Germany is becoming a party to the war, exposing us to the risk of military retaliation. The same applies to the planned deployment of US intermediate-range missiles on German soil in 2026.
The economic war waged by the EU and the German government against affordable Russian energy supplies has led to massive price hikes—not to mention the CIA’s sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines. The result is Germany’s ongoing deindustrialization and the loss of hundreds of thousands of jobs.
The German government is violating international maritime law by obstructing free passage through the Baltic Sea. A tanker carrying Russian oil was seized off Rügen. The blockade of the Gulf of Finland and a NATO attack on the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad are now openly being rehearsed. Germany’s tank brigades in Lithuania are no coincidence. Our territory, airspace, highways, railways, and ports are being misused as NATO transport corridors and logistics hubs. Under the so-called *"Naval Vision 2035+"*, nearly €75 billion is planned for new warships built in German shipyards. Naval bases on the Coasts of the North Sea and Baltic Sea are being expanded. German warships are participating in South China Sea maneuvers aimed at China. Rostock—in violation of the 2+4 Treaty—has been turned into a NATO command center.
German military bases and training grounds are being prepared for war. They want to make us war-ready. A "new" military draft is now a done deal. Meanwhile, hospitals, nursing care, pensions, social services, education, public transit, and railways are starved of funding. Global challenges can only be solved through global cooperation.
We want to preserve a livable world for future generations and therefore demand diplomatic initiatives to immediately end the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East! Stop arms deliveries to Ukraine and Israel!
- Civilian ports only! The Baltic Sea must remain a sea of peace! Respect the constitutional mandate for peace! Instead of billions for new frigates, submarines, tanks, and fighter jets, end foreign military interventions!
- Stop the planned deployment of intermediate-range missiles in Germany! Remove all nuclear weapons from Germany and sign the Nuclear Ban Treaty! We don’t need modernized US nukes or F-35 jets as delivery systems.
- Peace education in schools! Uphold civilian clauses in universities! No military recruitment in schools and no "new" draft! Recognize the right to conscientious objection everywhere!
- Protect democratic debate and factual journalism! No restrictions on free speech and assembly! Peace and security go hand in hand.
It’s time to resist and protest! Take to the streets, form initiatives, fight back, be creative!
